SOMETHING LOST OR FORGOTTEN?
“A Scout is careful of possessions and property.”
Even if you are not a Scout, this statement is useful for all campers and visitors but even the most careful people may sometimes mislay or forget something.
While it is your responsibility to ensure that you check your cabins or /camp site before leaving the site, any item left at John’s Lee Wood will be kept for one month at the warden’s cabin in the hope that it can be reunited with its owner. Sadly we don’t have space to keep items for longer, so after that time your item will then be disposed of in whatever manner is the most appropriate.
Of course, we will do our best to reunite you with your possessions, so if you are missing something, please contact our Jane Young to see whether it has been found and to arrange to collect your possessions: jane.young@blabyscouts.org
