WASTE and RECYCLING
General Waste
We have a bin on the car park for general waste. We encourage all groups to recycle as much as possible to help minimise the environmental impact coming from our site. Please see below for items we cannot accept in our bin.
If groups bring any form of materials onsite to build structures, it is the groups responsibility to dismantle them and remove them from site when they leave. These materials are not considered to be general waste and if placed in our skip, the campsite reserves the right to charge a fee of £100 towards the cost of emptying the skip.
If a groups tent breaks whilst onsite they must take it away to be disposed of. Tents are not considered to be general waste and if placed in our skip, the campsite reserves the right to charge a fee of £100 towards the cost of emptying the skip.
Recycling
We also offer recycling for Cans, Cardboard, Paper and Plastic (not soft plastics). Please ensure that all items are rinsed and dry before going into the bin. Please note that we don’t currently offer Glass recycling and ask that you take glass home.
We ask that groups ensure that General Waste is not put in the recycling bin. We reserve the right to pass on any charges we incur from our recycling waste partner for general waste being put in the recycling bin.

Due to European Waste Regulations we are not able to take any of the following items in our skip:
